Your Trip
We have made our cover options as simple as we can. Choose the cover option you need based on your trip destination and duration.
If you will visit any country outside our definition of Europe - you must choose worldwide cover.
Trip Duration
Our choice allows you to be covered for any single trip of up to 15 or 30 days in total. Just choose the most appropriate cover for your trip.
This means, for example, if you go abroad on business for 10 days, for example, you would choose our "Up to 15" days cover option. If your trip is going so well that you decide mid-trip to extend your trip by a further 2 days (beyond the original 10 days you planned), you can. There would be no need to contact us, as your cover automatically covers up you to the maximum duration you have chosen.
Your trip duration is calculated from the day you leave Ireland until the day your return to Ireland (Remember when coming back from the United States for example, this is usually the day after you board your return flight.)
You may not insure single direction journeys of any duration.
You may not use this insurance to cover the first 30 days of a longer trip.
